How to find us

• From the west: I-64 East. Take Exit 193 B. Travel east on Nine Mile Road. The Eastern Government Center is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.
• From the east (Williamsburg): I-64 West. Take Exit 193 B. Travel east on Nine Mile Road. The Eastern Government Center is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.
• From I-295: I-295. Take Exit 34 B (Creighton Road). Travel three miles, take a left at the traffic light onto Laburnum Avenue. Travel to the next traffic light and turn right onto Nine Mile Road. Eastern Government Center is approximately 3/4 mile on the right.

We know your time is valuable, so we've made it easy for you to stop by. It's easy to pay personal property and real estate taxes, water bills, and vehicle license fees at the Eastern Government Center. Make payments at the cashier's windows in the building, at the drive-up window, or at the 24-hour depository boxes located at the drive-up window and at the main entrance. For express service at the drive-up window, please present forms with payment.

The Eastern Government Center is at the corner of Nine Mile and Dabbs House roads. The main entrance faces Dabbs House.

Convenient for you

For residents, local builders, engineers and members of the development community living or working in the Eastern part of Henrico, the Eastern Government Center is a convenient business haven. Since 1988, representatives from county agencies have provided fast, efficient "one stop shopping" to citizens. The Henrico County Public Schools administrative offices are also housed here.

Convenient banking

Members of the County of Henrico Federal Credit Union have an added convenience of a full-service branch in the Eastern Government Center. All County of Henrico employees and their families are eligible for membership; also those who live, work, or worship in Henrico County. Hours: M, Tu, Th, Fr - 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.; Wed 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.  As an added convenience there is an indoor ATM available during business hours of the Government Center, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., along with the outdoor ATM available 24/7. Also, available on Creighton and Laburnum avenues is a new HFCU facility available offering full service with a 24/7 ATM.  For additional information  including Lobby and Drive Thru hours, call 804-266-0290 or 888-HFCUASK (888-432-8275) and/or check the hours of operation on the Henrico Federal Credit Union website.
